The project is located in the outer south eastern suburb of Hampton to the rear of an existing shopping strip. The area is characterized by a large open car park abutting the main train line and is surrounded by predominantly warehouse and commercial uses. The projects will be one of the first developments to change the nature of the local area to one of a mixed use of commercial, retail and residential activities.

The project sits on a 910m2 site and comprises 52 ground floor car spaces utilizing a car stacking system to minimize basement construction. The ground floor also accommodates retail spaces to the front and service facilities behind openable transparent screens. There are 57 one and two bedroom apartments over five levels with the top floor recessed.
