This project was to design two major high-rise towers on a site in Chatswood. Tower one is to accommodate 40,000m2 of a grade offices with a side core and 5 star agbr. Tower two is to accommodate 400 residental apartments.

The tallest and preferred of our proposals is two twin towers @ 240m high, the same height of Governor Phillip tower in Sydney CBD, in order to redefine Chatswood as a major urban city and commercial precinct within the greater metropolis of Sydney.
