The project is located in the outer suburb of Doncaster to the east of the Melbourne CBD. The area known as the Doncaster Hill is undergoing significant change in density, with a number of large Multi-residential projects either planned or under construction. The site is an irregular shaped block, approximately 1600m2 and has a frontage to Tram Road of 36m.

The Site falls significantly towards the rear and required a careful massing solution to ensure that the surrounding residential uses (and in some cases single storey) were not greatly effect by visual bulk and overshadowing. The project includes a basement car park with 45 car spaces which is largely concealed by apartments fronting the basement edge. There are 37 one and two bedroom apartments over four levels.
