The strategy behind the building stems from our desire to create flexibility in plan, section and elevation and achieve a number of different and desirable outcomes.

The building's form can be a reduced and enlarged in area or number of apartments with the reduction or addition of projecting or skewed elements. The skewer elements also increase the quality of fragmentation of the building aesthetic and reduce the appearance of building mass. The building's section is broken into three main parts.
