The design is based on a strongly articulated three-dimensional form that clearly expresses the different uses within the development, and the different urban and environmental contexts surrounding the site.

The building is composed of three main elements - the Podium, Building A and Building B. These larger scale elements are further articulated to provide a finer grain that respond more to conditions and use.
