This project is located on the busy intersection of Plenty Road and Dundas street in Melbourne's northern suburbs on a large site of 7400m2. The existing site contained a number of historic buildings for a well know smallgoods manufacturer. Many of the buildings were in considerable disrepair. The building fronting Dundas Street was retained and refurbished, and many of the materials salvaged from the other remaining buildings were re-used. The project includes a supermarket and retails spaces with associated car parking linked to two residential buildings over a basement car park with 245 cars. The eight storey residential buildings are separated by a north facing courtyard and include 130 apartments with retail spaces fronting the Plenty Road streetscape.
