The project is located in the outer south of Geelong in the suburb of Waurn Ponds. The site is a large site of approximately 5800m2 and is the remainder of the land acquired for a recent major freeway bypass that has been completed. The land fronts the existing Deakin University and Christian College Campus. The brief was to provide a range of residential accommodation that would be appropriate for students through to visiting professionals and small families in a low scale medium density development. A range of apartments and townhouses have been designed (24 Apartments and 18 Townhouses) as a series of stages across the site.
