Every apartment in this project had been designed individually from the occupant's perspective to create the most luxurious and practical living spaces possible. We approached the

design as a building that should be viewed as an internal world looking out rather than an object to look at. The focus was on creating the ultimate apartment to live in.

Within the building, considerable planning was made to provide the apartments with a house-like quality that typifies our firm's approach to luxury apartment design.

The 'apartment house' concept was designed with the idea that the move from house to an apartment could be achieved without loss of amenity.
