The project is located in the inner suburb of Brunswick on the intersection of Lygon Street and Brunswick Road. The intersection marks the start of the Brunswick retail strip along Lygon street and is undergoing significant change, with several 7 to 10 storey residential buildings either under construction or about to commence. The projects seeks to provide ground floor retai and entry spaces to upper level residential apartments. Car parking is provided via a ramp at the rear down to 30 basement car parks. The apartments vary in size and configuration with 38one and two bedroom apartments.

The external design seeks to clearly identify the different functions through material, form and the traditional base/podium with recessed upper levels. The ground floor is transparent and reflective through the use of clear and coloured glass, whilst the mid levels employ a laser cut patterned metal screen with sliding openable sections. The upper levels are clad with a multi-coloured series of aluminum fins which wrap around the building and tie the elements together.
