The project is located in the inner suburb of Southbank to the south of Melbourne city. The site is a large parcel of land approximately 15000m2 with effectively 4 street frontages The site extends toward the South eastern Freeway. The project involves several stages including an initial masterplanning of the site to allow for significant development over several stages. Stage 1 was to create a podium with three residential towers. The podium was to house at ground level a supermarket fronted by retail activities to the street. Car parking and services/loading was positioned at the rear of the site. The podium extends a further five levels with residential apartments fronting internal car parking. The roof of the podium contains communal facilities such as pool, tennis court and landscaped open terraces.

The residential towers are accessed via lobby/entry points at ground floor and contain approximately 150 apartments each over 30 levels. In total the development contains 600 apartments, 4200m2 supermarket, 1200m2 retail and 650 car spaces.
