This project was undertaken in 2003 and is located west of Shanghai in Hufei. Involving site visits to china and the assistance of our in-house chinese Australian staff this project demonstrated our ability to work

overseas and in partnership with a local firm. In this case we provided developed design drawings and the local firm undertook liaison with local authorities and construction documentation.

Balanced on the edge of a lake the design provides a sense of connection to the lake and an environmentally sensitive brief. Construction was kept simple and a range of services including

meeting rooms, reception centre and presidential suite complimented this boutique hotel. we understand that the project is under construction.
