The project is located in the inner suburb of Richmond to the east of the Melbourne CBD. The area known as the Richmond Hill is progressively undergoing change in density, with a number of large Multi-residential projects either planned or under construction. The site is a regular shaped block, approximately 1000m2 and has a frontage to Church Street of 20m and depth of 50m.

The Site falls north to south and required a careful massing solution to ensure that the surrounding residential uses were not greatly effect by visual bulk and overshadowing. The project includes a basement car park with 31 car spaces and 31 one and two bedroom apartments over four levels.
