








This project in the inner west involved the conversion of an exciting factory into a residential and retail complex complete with mechanical parking. The design conceived such that the building's adaptive reuse as a residential building is a positive change in the urban and pedestrian environment.
A distinctive skyline addition, an activated streetscape and juliette balconies were part of the positive celbration of the re-adaptive use. Two large courtyards were carved out of the existing floor plates acting as lungs bringing fresh air and daylight into the deep plan.
