The project is located in the inner suburb Richmond to the east of Melbourne city. The site is approximately 1400m2 and has a frontage to Amsterdam Street of 56m and depth of 26m.

The Office Building has approximately 2400m2 of Office space over three levels with 2 levels of basement car parking providing 80 car spaces. The building is an energy efficient, flexible modern office design with a significant presence to Amsterdam Street. The building is positioned on a site with views from the upper floor levels. The office is designed with large open floor plates with amenities and circulation located centrally to maximise flexibility.
